Tactical Muzzle Brake, AK, 308, 14 x 1 LH threads, (black)

CNC machined from 416 stainless steel, 308 caliber, tactical muzzle brake for the AK rifles (this means suppressor ready). The barrel threads are M14 x 1 LH. This brake is very effective on all 30 caliber rounds from 30 carbine to 300 Ultra mag.  The more gas that a cartridge has, the better the brake works. All models of our brakes have been full auto tested.  Finish is the very durable, matte black, Ion Bond finish.

This tactical muzzle brake reduces felt recoil by appx. 70% , and muzzle climb by 90%. Most other muzzle brakes on the market reduce felt recoil by 20-40% and do not effect muzzle climb.

Available in cals. 22 CF, 6.5mm, 308, 338, 35, 45 rifle.

VCG does not recommend mounting this brake without the assistance of a competent gunsmith, it requires a square shoulder to torque against, a shim kit to time it, and a range rod to check if the threads are concentric to the bore. Please consult your gunsmith before ordering.

The OD threads and locking shoulder allow mounting of our blast shields, our line of suppressors (soon to be released), or with the adapters “Q” brand suppressors. Additional adapters will be added to the product line as soon as possible.
